Shipments and returns

Products ordered are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our own transportation team. $30 delivery charge are applicable (subjected to GST) for orders with total value below $250 (before GST). If no one is at the delivery location to receive the order upon prior confirmation with QHTL, QHTL reserves the right to reschedule and charge a re-delivery fee from $30 (Subjected to GST) or otherwise pick up from our factory. You can also opt for drop off without signature. 

No deliveries to Jurong Island, Military Area with restricted access and High Security environment due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organizations).
